Essentials of Craniosacral
This 2‑day course is a practical introduction to a non‑efferent, stillness‑based approach to craniosacral work. Students will be introduced to essential ways of sensing whole‑body stillness and the subtle expressions of primary respiration as the body’s intrinsic movements, rhythms, and pulsations reveal themselves. The orientation of this work is to support a natural return toward integrated wholeness by trusting the body’s inherent ordering force—the unerring potency—to lead, rather than imposing techniques or corrections. Cranial Bones & Sutures
This 2‑day course deepens the foundational training offered in the Essentials of Craniosacral course by further cultivating the stillness‑based, non‑efferent disposition at the heart of this work. You will continue to develop your capacity for gentle touch that honors the body as a unified expression of the Breath of Life. Building on your prior experience, we will explore how to sense the cranial region within this whole‑body field—learning to orient inwards and recognizing how subtle intrinsic movements and rhythms reveal themselves through repose, without manipulating bones or sutures. Facial Bones & Sutures

Craniosacral Retreat
During this 4-day, overnight retreat, our daily practice will center on the awareness of the coherence of the heart and the line of stillness within the central channel. We will introduce and practice particular holds for this purpose.
The resonance of the self-existing heart radiance will serve as the fulcrum of our contact where the healing forces within ignite all unfolding.
From this heart‑centered stillness, the natural healing forces within are given space to ignite whatever unfolding is ready, making this retreat appropriate for those who wish to offer their most authentic work while allowing their own ongoing evolution and healing to deepen.
